Topping Place, an enclave of five (5) 1.8 acre custom home sites with very private settings is located in the heart of Town & Country, just off Topping Road. Three are sold including the display. Only two homesites remain.

Deerfield Terrace is a private three (3) homesite neighborhood of approximately one (1) acre each in the heart of Ladue. The display is completed and available; the other two (2) sites are sold and under construction.

In addition to these projects Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc. is building a number of homes now in Ladue, Town & Country, Huntleigh and Creve Coeur. Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc. also has home sites available to build on in all of these locations.

Fifty percent of the homes Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc. builds are on the owner's home site(we will build on your lot or ours).

We maintain our own grading and excavation division, carpentry framing crews, trim crews, staircase carpenters and labor crews which allow for a high degree of quality control and to design and build individual homes to meet rigourous and precise client expectations.
