Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc., builds homes priced from $1,000,000 to over $4,000,000. Building only 5 to 10 homes per year allows owner and president, Rob Rehnquist, to work closely with each client. |
 A full office staff enables Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc. to provide prompt and full service care for its customers' needs throughout the entire home building process. The ability to harmoniously blend the full service care for its customers' needs, through creativity of custom home design, with the knowledge of practical construction techniques, sets this company apart. Rehnquist Design & Build is committed to its integrity for today and the long term. The Rehnquist Company has its own 8,000 square foot office and facilities building. This centrally designed work environment enables the entire staff to most efficiently serve the clients. The facility houses a full wood shop to custom build cabinets and built-ins and other architectural details along with a mechanical area to service its equipment and trucks. This also allows Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc. to stock many different materials for new homes, so there there are minimal delays for millwork and materials. |
